This is great price for the feature set. Has time function for low, high or warm. No delay start. Low works well for set in AM, come home after work to one pot hot meal. Lid locks to base. Ceramic tub and lid are dish washer safe. The heating unit is not robust and will get hot to touch. I place it on my stove top and turn on vent on low so the steam and smell are vented.
