That's all I can say about this coconut oil! Okay, I lied...I have more to say, so here it goes.I was recently scrolling down my social media page when an advertisement popped up for Dr. Bronner's Castile Soap. As a person who is dabbling in a safer, healthier, cleaner lifestyle, I clicked the link and it took me to this amazon page. Scrolling through the Dr. Bronner products, I had noticed this coconut oil and it peaked my interest!I've always purchased coconut oil from my local grocery store, not knowing that unrefined and refined were two completely separate products! I'd hear from friends how they just "loved the taste of coconut oil. It tastes just like coconuts!" I was so confused because my refined coconut oil tasted like I was eating cold oil! Doing a little bit of research, I found out that unrefined coconut oil is the way to go if you're looking for healthy coconut oil.When I saw this coconut oil and how big of a size you could get, I had to take the risk and buy it. When I received the product, the tub it came in was a lot bigger than I expected! I got the 58 oz tub for 34.99, and at the time I felt like that was really pricey! Then I saw other brands trying to sell 8 oz. containers for 10-15 bucks and figured this was a steal!Upon opening the product, I sniffed it and immediately I knew I made the right choice. The smell is absolutely amazing, nothing at all like refined coconut oil! It smells exactly like coconut milk and almost tastes like it too! The taste has a slight coconut taste with a light, buttery flavor. I noticed it melts much faster than refined coconut oil and more evenly too! So far, I've only had the chance to wipe down a pan with this coconut oil, use it as a moisturizer, taste it off of a spoon, and drink a teaspoon of it in my coffee to boost my metabolism and so far everything I've tried has been a plus in my book! It did a great job making my pan non-stick. It didn't burn and it didn't overpower the food I put in the pan! It's a very lovely moisturizer and leaves your skin feeling great! I love using it on my face and my lips. It tastes absolutely amazing in my coffee as well.Overall, I'd highly, highly recommend this brand of coconut oil. I've already told my friends about it, so hopefully they consider purchasing it from here as well. I'm so glad that ad popped up on my social media network.
