It caught on fire during shipping. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Works well, but dangerous quality control issues. *by F***. on September 23, 2017* I'm sort of mixed on what to rate this.The first charger I received was warm\hot when I removed it from the box and the LEDs stayed on continuously. When charging it got much hotter, and once fully charged, the same behavior remained. If you let it sit on its own, it would get hot and discharge the battery.I returned this first unit once it was fully discharged (which it managed to do in under a day just from sitting and getting hot). Other reviews I've since seen have shown the unit actually burning up. I suspect some of them had units similar to the one I did, but did not realize this was unintended behavior until the catastrophic failure.The replacement on the other hand has been very good. The LEDs are only on when in use or when charging, it also never gets more than a bit warm even when dual-input charging with both the USB-C and microUSB at the same time. The USB-C output is good enough to rapid charge a Nexus 5X & 6P. It also was able to (slowly) charge a Nintendo Switch from ~75% to 100% while playing BoTW on maximum brightness in airplane mode, and it still lasted a couple more hours after that.When I bought this in April 2017, it was the only USB-C charger I could find that would do 5V/3A and was under $30. I haven't checked since, but as this has gotten more expensive (I paid $19.99), and more phones have started using USB-C, there must be other options from more reputable brands that are safer for not much more money. I can't really recommend anyone to buy this. I don't anticipate any issues with mine, but clearly other's have had even worse experiences than I did with my first pack. ### ⭐ Doesn't hold a charge. *by T***R on May 17, 2017* I needed this battery for the first time today, and it totally failed me to great personal cost.I charged it to full three weeks ago and haven't used it since in preparation for a trip. I didn't even move the bag it was stored in. Today when my flight was canceled and I was stuck in a foreign country with a dying phone: no charge at all.edit: later in the trip I found exactly what happens: it burns battery 24/7. Even when nothing is plugged in at all. The package is just always hot, and the charge is always going down. I'm probably going to let it die this time because it's a fire hazard.
