**Q: Is bottle glass or plastic**
A: Mine came in glass. I really wanted the plastic since I want to leave in the car since we love fish and chips I wanted one that wouldn’t break

A: On the label it states that the contents are Barley Malt Vinegar and Barley Malt Extract, Since it's made from barley and barley contains gluten, it must contain gluten.

**Q: Does this have 5% acidity so it can be used in canning?**
A: I just looked at the back side of my one remaining bottle and it says there it's 5% acidity, so it should be safe to use for canning.
