My dough got a good kneading and a well done fermentation. All function works. I just want to suggest that the manual writing could have more details and lustration. Such as, the panel only have three buttons. She is a master baker and has baked all her life but now her hands cannot handle the kneading. We did not want a big heavy machine that does 20 different things. We wanted one simple small light machine that kneads dough for muffins, cakes, empanadas, breads of all kinds, pastries, cookies, you name it. This machine does it all, does it all easily, and is a joy to use. My mo-in-lo is particular about her baked goods, and she's been cooking for 70 years, really knows what she wants, what she likes, and what she doesn't like. She loves this machine. We've had it for over 3 months now and she uses it maybe four times a week. We've had zero problems with it and it's been used constantly.
