Opened the camera and turned it on the first day we got it. It worked fine for the few minutes we tried it out. Camping trip got delayed a few weeks, but when we turned it on at the campground, the screen was on but black. Tried totally recharging, turning off and on, and removing sd card. Still just on but black screen. AND the hinge on the case was faulty. It showed distress cracks after GENTLY opening it one time. The case actually broke at the hinge at the campground. It saw literally two minutes max of use before being placed back into packaging and brought on our trip. So all the marvelous images of snorkeling could not be captured! So glad I bought a waterproof camera so I could store all the lovely images in my memory... Seriously, I know it's a super cheap camera, but damn.
