**Q: How I know heat is on because no light appearance?**
A: The  light should turn on.

**Q: How can I buy extra batteries? Without them I will not buy chair.**
A: I contacted the company through their website and was able to get an extra battery.

**Q: How would you describe the leather? Soft or hard? Smooth or textured?**
A: Soft and smooth but that is entirely subjective.  There is a slight texture but that does not provide any significant friction.  The seat bottom is perforated.  There is ample padding .  The only issue is that leather on the the sides of the arms is starting to crack after daily use for 6 months.  I use the cooling more than the heating and it is surprisingly nice in the middle of summer.

**Q: How long does the fully charged battery last with the chair set to continuous cooling?**
A: I haven’t timed it from to a fully discharged state but i would estimate about 6-8 hours and could longer. Note that the chair can’t run from a plugged in battery. I thought that might be a problem but it hasn’t been.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Warm comfortable luxury chair, just buy it!!!!

I received my chair 2 days after placing my order. Assembly was easy and only took about 15 minutes. It's an executive looking chair, very professional for the office. It would be a great chair by itself but with the heat/cool feature it takes you to the next level of luxury, comfort and warmth. I no longer need to use the portable space heater at work. I am getting about 4-5 hours battery life after a full charge. A spare battery to purchasers as an accessory would allow you to have a backup once the first runs out. I am at the office for 8-10 hours a day, it's winter here and I always freeze all day. With the heat set on high you really feel the warmth on the seat and up the lower back. I am 5'2 and while sitting all the way back to feel the full warmth my feet don't completely touch the floor, but that's ok the chair was worth it. I have had so many people trying out my new heated seat and they all want one too. It's still winter but I think I will probably be using the heat feature in the summer too. Sometimes the office is just so cold. I am so impressed with the look, feel and quality of this chair and would highly recommend it to any of you office workers who, like me, freeze all day at work. Well worth the cost.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ So close to being perfect!

I bought this chair because I was tired of having to compromise between the airy feel of a mesh chair (such as Aeron etc) and the plush comfort of a nice leather executive chair. The leather chairs always felt comfy for an hour or so but would always get too warm and sweaty after awhile. The cooling mode on this chair does the trick. There are however a few things that are preventing me from being 100% satisfied and leaving a 5 star review :1. WHY CAN'T I JUST PLUG THE DARN THING IN TO THE WALL? The battery, while long-lasting (I guess?) is a pain in the butt. Who doesn't have an electric outlet near their desk? Nobody! Also, if you're going to sell a product that is designed to be used for long periods of time (like a desk chair) that requires a rechargable battery, it would seem to me like a pretty great idea to offer a spare battery so that one can be charging while the other is in use. Perhaps there is a spare battery available but if there is it's not easy to find here on Amazon.2. The docking stand thing for the battery doesn't line up properly and is basically useless.3. The blue LED that indicates that the chair is in "cooling" mode quit working after roughly 2 months. This wouldn't be a huge deal if it weren't for item #1. I have no way to know if the battery has died since there is no visual indication since the light doesn't work. (I can stick my ear to the chair and listen for the fans but.... come on.)

First battery was defective. Got a new one from them and it works good. Doesnt cool as well as i was hoping but the heat works good. The plastic pieces on the arms could be better. Comfy chair. After a year the heat quit working. Haven't been able to get ahold of the manufacturer to get it fixed.
