Designed by chefs, the surface is lightly textured to provide a slight grip to help prevent slipping and to assist with prep. An outer groove well (juice groove) also keeps liquids from running off the cutting board and onto the work tables or countertops. Each cutting board is NSF certified and bears the NSF stamp and logo. HDPE is approved for food contact. *Disclaimer packaging materials stating dishwasher safe up to 250 degrees is not correct. Maximum temperature should be no greater than 185 degrees F ## Features - GRILLLING AND BBQ READY - Our high-caliber black carving board provides you with the same quality of tools used by professional chefs.
