The set comes with 2 straps. Thank you Rhino USA **Q: I see these are advertised for 4 ft length. How short can they be cinched down to?** A: The previous answer is wrong. The distance between the tiedown points on my boat and trailer is exactly 13" and I bought this product based on the previous answer that these straps can be tightened to 12" from end to end of each hook.
