Take some advice from a guy who has been installing tile since the year started with 19......whenever you get a new wet saw blade, get a piece of scrap tile or just a tile you can waste. Put the new blade on the saw and make 8-10 cuts that you will then throw away. New diamond blades need to be "honed" before use. If you do this, you will have a blade that doesn't chip the glaze and leaves ultra smooth cuts. You will also save yourself the frustration and thinking you got a bad blade. QEP has been making tile products longer than many guys in the trade today have been alive. They know how to make quality stuff that gets the job done
