**Q: How long do they take to burn in?**
A: I've done about four to six hours in them haven't noticed any dramatic change

A: no unfortunately they don't, I use the volume control on my battery pack for this

I've never used in ear monitoring before so have just bought a Legato MS-1 to try it out. My hearing is at a stage now where once the band starts going for it I just can't hear my guitar in the mix. So, I'm hoping that this will sort that problem out. But then come the actual ear buds and what a minefield that is! Again, I didn't want to spend a fortune only to be disappointed so I read the reviews and thought these sounded reasonable and at less than 20 quid they weren't going to break the bank.To say I was disappointed on first listen was an understatement. They sounded cheap and tinny, yeah, like a lot of ear buds in that price range. I couldn't believe how bad they sounded so I thought I'd better double check whether this was normal with IEMs as opposed to ear buds. One guy gave a list of models and said he found all of them tinny and lacking bass and one of the replies said it sounded more like the guy had a fitting problem than all the IEMs being bad. So, I pushed them quite a bit further into my ears and WOW!They came alive! The better fit brought out all the bass that seemed lacking before and they sound amazing. Exactly how durable they will be being made of plastic, I'll have to wait and see but in my experience with ear buds, the wires generally break quicker than the actual ear piece. These are incredible value for money at less than 17 quid. I've had Sennheisers and Shure ear buds that cost 10X this and had a similar sound quality and yes, when they packed up it was due to the cables breaking.I haven't worn them for a couple of hours on stage yet so I can't comment on the comfort but they seem okay. Overall, I think they are an excellent entry into the world of in ear monitoring and for the money, they're very hard to beat. And, I'd rather have these as a set of cheap earbuds to listen to music with than cheap Sony's anyday!

Really impressed with these earphones for the price. The sound is clear and the bass has plenty of depth without completely overpowering everything else. They fit comfortably in my ears and feel secure when I’m moving around. The wired connection is reliable and there’s no need to worry about charging. Great little IEMs for everyday listening and music practice.

They're a tiny bit alarming on unpacking because the cable isn't attached to the earbuds. I thought I'd ordered the wrong product. Took two minutes to attach them because the earbuds are obvious which is left/right and the plugs were marked.The wire going over the ear makes them very comfortable to wear. If you do have to pop one out it just dangles rather than swinging in the breeze.Can't comment on durability yet. Build quality seems sturdy enough. Typical silicone style earplug. Fits well enough but only one size provided.The audio jack has a right angle bend style to it rather than straight through.For this price point the sound quality is superb. Very crisp treble and good bass. They're probably slightly biased towards treble if you're a total bass junkie but if you like a balanced audio they're punching way above their weight. And I'm used to Bose noise cancelling earbuds.The only thing I would say is that they don't block much external noise. If someone is talking next to you you'll hear them or have to risk hearing damage to drown them out. They aren't a substitute for noise cancelling.In summary they feel solid and well built. They're comfortable and they sound excellent. A good value solution for when Bluetooth isn't an option.
