I am returning it and ordering again. If so, do I need new rubber seals each time?** A: Absolutely, you can just pull it off the duct and clean out the hose and your ducting and put it back on with the same seal. The seal should stay on the duct and be just fine to reuse. **Q: The sides of my gas dryer reaches 120f degrees. Can this plastic handle this heat??** A: Yes, most dryers range from 100 f to 160 f. The plastic melting point is over 300 degrees. As anticipated it co.es with one 90 degree rigid plastic connector that prevents the dryer hose from kinking or getting crushed when you push the dryer back toward the wall. I bought 2 of them and used one on each end of the dryer vent tube. My connection come straight out of the wall (like most.) So I hooked one up to the wall and the other up to the dryer vent port. The hose gets locked into the well designed clips. Just follow the instructions and this product works very well. I watched the you tube video and it was very easy to follow. I would buy this any time I need to hook up a dryer that has any offset to the wall vent connection. 5 out of 5.
