A: No, there’s nothing to attach the keys to and it’s too big for that. It comes in a small carry box that’s about the size of a pack of cards.

A brilliant little lighter. Not too heavy, and feels surprisingly durable for its appearance! I like these lighters so far, but they do seem to have a bit of difficulty working when the fuel gets below 30% full, need several attempts to light up, may just be the way I have set them up, but when full, they are spot on.
