It is a health product about which they cannot make certain claims, but I did a little research beyond a basic web search about diet supplements and found that a study showed green coffee bean extract benefits are about blood sugar balance, lower blood pressure, and smaller waist circumference. So I was about to send it back because I wanted a stimulant for weight loss, but I'm keeping it because I want to a healthier blood sugar metabolism and better waistline.I think a lot of people bought into general weight loss hype and then chose this product based on OTHER products' hype and were disappointed when it was just a health supplement without being a stimulant. I say we should research the benefits of green coffee bean extract from an actual study, not just caffeine content/stimulant effects and not just a company's promotion of a product.
