When can I expect it?** A: Mine was received broke in three places and to make matters more frustrating, amazon is refusing to post my review. In order to receive a refund you must return the tree (which, given the condition mine was in and packaging issues - was impossible). I was lucky to meet the USPS postman outside. He said that the box does not fit in his USPS van (box is 8-9 feet long) so we have to go pick it up from the post office. The thing is, I doubt it will fit in our sedan. I'll have to remove the packaging or something to try fit it in. Seller if you see this- send large packages through the big Amazon trucks! If I knew this would happen, I wouldn't have bought this online. What a hassle.
