I don't like sheaths that holds a knife in too tight because being able to pull the knife out quickly is important. This one is perfect. I have my Cold Steel Recon Tanto in one because the Kydex sheath that comes with the Cold Steel knives holds the knife in too tight and that type of sheath scratches the knife handle. This sheath protects the knife, protects you, is easy to draw the knife out of, and doesn't cause the handle to wear or scratch/dull the blade. Leather sheaths like this are the way to go!

It is a very high quality leather knife sheath. It looks very expensive. Good quality leather and it fits many of my different knives. Nice universal sheath. I like it because it is durable and thick, and the knife comes out quickly when it is unsnapped. I don't like sheaths that holds a knife in too tight because being able to pull the knife out quickly is important. This one is perfect.
