Easy. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Quit working, company replaced *by A***R on December 13, 2024* Our Golden figured it out really quickly. We used it 3-4 times a week for almost 5 months and she was ready to play as soon as she saw us get it out. It was her favorite activity, until it quit working. I put new batteries in it and nothing. I plugged it in...nothing. Instructions aren't comprehensive on how to use the charge cord. Is it supposed to work with it plugged in, or is there a hidden battery that gets charged? Regardless, nothing is working now. Occasionally the red light flickers when I turn it on, but, nothing. A week ago, I would have given it 5 stars. Now it's lucky to get 2 and that's only because it worked so well, when it did work. I have revised my rating to 4 stars. The company replaced the broken item with a new one. Granted the red light doesn't do more than flicker, but the dispenser is working. I've waited several months to revise my review to make sure it lasts.
