After a decade it started deteriorating here and there, kept adding epoxy to seal it up but really needed to replace. Was very pleased to find a new one. Because the other inflatable ones I've used are nowhere near as nice. This is comfortable and effective. Problems: 1. The rings are glued together around these holes with what appears to be inferior-quality adhesive. It began leaking air around a glue joint within a few weeks of infrequent use. 2. The same adhesive appears to be used to glue on Velcro strips that hold the brace in place. The Velcro was stronger than the adhesive, and it separated, making the Velcro useless. 3. I'd suggest the extra large. **Q: does it work?** A: Yes, I've used it daily for the past ten months. I put it on for about ten to fifteen minutes. My internist, neurosurgeon and local chiropractor said it's fine to use. I had pain in my back, down my arms into my hand. Surgery was recommended, but I tried this first, and have been pain free since.
