Bought it over a year ago & so far there is no major wear & tear, she uses this mat every day under her gymnastic bar, for individual tumbles and during the weekends her and her friends or cousins use it for all sorts of gymnastic activities. Definitely worth the money for an at home mat and it's very durable so far especially with all the skills being trained on it & the additional impact.
