A ribbon connected outside the box; leading inside to a bag with the assembly instructions and any hardware. My order had all the parts present. In addition, every exposed piece of metal was meticulous wrapped in its own sheets of foam. Moreover, the entire stroller was enclosed in a heat sealed plastic bag within the interior box. The setup and the instructions were very simple and I was able to do it alone within 10 minutes. In the past I had purchased a pup stroller and it was more than 5x the price of this one. I cannot speak on the reliability with use but I can say it rolls very smooth on both carpet and tile floor, the whole stroller is very balanced and it has little details that show high quality craftsmanship. Such as a; strap to snap the main base to the bottom metal bars, additional velcro straps at the sides of the basket (not mentioned in the instructions); yet very appreciated. Overall, I think it is comparable to the before mentioned more expensive purchase. Not sturdy *by A***Z on July 21, 2023* Things that are great: * perfect size for my 18-lb dog * zippers are in many places and we appreciate the flexibility this allows, as well as the security it provides to keep my feisty senior dog from jumping out * brakes work securely * wheels roll solidly * lightweight — can be managed with one hand * overall, good value for the money Not so great * on two occasions, the dog has sat very far back in the stroller while the front of the stroller is gently inclined upward. When I put on the brakes, the entire stroller starts to fall backward. I’ve caught it both times before it fell, and I don’t think he would have been hurt if it had hit the ground. But it might have made the dog not want to get in the stroller again * it doesn’t feel sturdy at all. Using this every morning for a 30-minute walk, I’ll be surprised if it is still functioning well in a year.
