Which is maybe 4 times a year, at most. So angry and disappointed. Update: Reached out to customer service and after a bit of back and forth, they informed me that they would Replace my unit. So, all i have to cough up is shipping to Calgary, and they will send me a New Unit. Hopefully it will last longer. Obviously, I will be extra careful now, but I'm sure it will be fine.
