I was having a terrible time with my sinuses. I could barely breathe and most of the time I would have to breathe through my mouth. My only relief was the nasal sprays, but it only brought temporary relief. My sleep was affected due to the fact that I was waking up every night, gasping for air, and I would also wake up with a sore throat. I would always hear good things about the sinus rinse and never tried it. So it is pretty simple to use. I have only used it once and it causes a weird feeling temporarily and for me it left behind A salty after taste. But that only lasted for maybe an hour. Ever since I first use my sinuses have been issue free for over a month and a half. No need for a second application.
