I started as a 34 c and large fits well. The bra stretches out some throughout the day and gets a little looser but goes back to normal after a wash. I would say whatever size you would normally buy a sports bra in to buy the same size for these. **Q: I wear a 36dd should I get a large or an xl?** A: I’m 38DD and ordered XL. It was too big. I’m hoping the large will be better because I liked the fabric and shape of the bra. **Q: What size should I get ? I was self conscious as a new mom about how big my chest was, as I’ve always been smaller, and these did wonders for that. And they were SO EASY for nursing - no messing with that darn nursing bra clasp. I am not nursing anymore, and I still wear them sometimes. So comfy. I avoided these at first due to a fear of looking frumpy, but I loved them once I finally got them. I mean, they are by no means push up bras, I didn’t want that, but a great nursing tshirt bra. I will say that due to no padding (after I stopped leaking & no longer used nursing pads - yes, you will get there one day!) I was a bit dear-in-the-headlights-esque at times, particularly immediately after nursing - but after I got them I did not give one dang.
