I actually like the option of the smaller one although my initial opinion of it was that it's not too useful to me. Turns out I like the portion size of the smaller one now even more than the standard size I've always had in the past. The quality is good, I've had a few versions of the gnc blender type bottles and this quality far surpasses. Thicker more durable plastic with tightly fitting lids with almost too tightly snapping mouthpiece covers. Some people could struggle a little with the mouthpiece cover, but having it fit so securely is a feature you'd want in these bottles. Hit the gym some more. Okay I own like a dozen of them in both sizes. The best part of these is the smooth interior of the cap, that prevents powders from clinging into interior recesses, making clean up simple. The lids seal tight and only leak if you forget to snap the lid completely shut or don't tighten it all the way down. Doh!
