No because the other side does not have a threaded hole for you to be able to switch the rubber stopper to the other side. Maybe, because the other side does have a hole, however. It is not threaded. But, you could create your own stopper by securing a circular rubber grommet or even a rubber furniture foot via a short nut and bolt, through the hole. So, with some experimenting you could make it work. I would test it and adjust before relying on it though. Hopefully this helps. **Q: My sprinkler head has a red tub going through the center of it. I'm assuming this has to be broke to stop the water from coming out?** A: That's correct. Typically that piece will have to break to cause water to begin coming out in the first place. Then you use this tool to stop it. Hope this helps. **Q: Where is this made?** A: I believe in the USA, I haven't had to use it but I have been dispatched to emergency repairs at facilities where the fire department had used it twice to plug a popped head in a sauna.
