## Overview

The AB Tools TE472 Drill Pump is a heavy-duty, metal-constructed fluid transfer solution designed for use with any 3/8" or 1/2" chuck drill. Delivering up to 1500 liters per hour and lifting fluids up to 15 meters, it’s ideal for professional and occasional use with oils and fluids (excluding petrol). Its self-priming feature and easy hose attachment make it a versatile tool for mechanics and industrial users alike.

## Description

Professional tool for commercial or occasional use. For use with any power drill electric / air or battery (please be aware that the slower the drill though the slower the liquid will flow, wont work to its optimum capacity. Suitable for all fluids and oils. Fitted with an 6mm drill shaft so any 3/8" or 1/2" chuck will fit. Maximum output of 1500 litres per hour working at a speed of 3,000 RPM Maximum pumping height of 15 metres. Maximum output pressure of 3 bar @ 3000 RPM. Maximum height for pump above liquid to be pumped 300cm. Self priming up to 30cm above the liquid. The ends of the pump have 1/2" hose barb on. Hose can be fitted directly on and can be secured with a hose clip. however normally a hose clip is not necessary. Please note; This pump is not suitable for pumping petrol. The pump would handle the fluid but there is a risk of sparks from the drill motor (even on air drills) so should not be used.

Review: It works, not fast but good for a mechanic. - I have used this to transfer used coolant from my drain container to the storage tank. I’ve used this same pump to transfer diesel fuel. Used different lines and “flushed the pump”. Also bought strainer screens that fit in a half inch line that work well for keeping garbage out of it. Good pump so far. Have pumped 50 gallons of coolant and 70 gallons of diesel fuel roughly with this pump. Works good for emptying diesel fuel tanks for service.
Review: Total junk - Did not even last through the first use. Worked for about 5 minutes and then I noticed the liquid wasn’t flowing through the tube anymore ( clear tube). Next I saw the tube fill with smoke. And that was “all she wrote” as they say.

I have used this to transfer used coolant from my drain container to the storage tank. I’ve used this same pump to transfer diesel fuel. Used different lines and “flushed the pump”. It works OK, but It started leaking fuel at the shaft after pumping two gallons of fuel. I would expect as much of all the stuff made in China.
