Review: Brilliant flask, needs regular descaling for the best heat retention - Works brilliantly. You need to descale it monthly if in a hard water area. It had stopped keeping heat as well, but this was resolved after I descaled it. You also need to fill it to the brim with boiling water. If you partially fill it then it cools faster. I fill it at 8am and it's still steaming hot 12 hours later. I've had it 4 months now.
