A: Uses the 2025 coin cell replacement batteries.  Amazon and most retailers carry them and it's pretty easy to change out with a small screw driver.

A: Yes, the vivofit jr. 3 has a stop watch and the same set of pre-set timers that the vivofit jr. 2 has.  The vivofit jr. 3 adds an additional feature of being able to save a timed activity that you can view estimated distance and pace in the Garmin Jr. app.

A: No

There’s no need to charge and very little that can go wrong with the watch as the silicon strap protects even the button. The girl loves it!
