There are four figures you have to collect to build the horse. **Q: Is the cape removable?** A: Nope, but you can remove the cape and its glue. **Q: Is there any way i could order this, and request to not receive the variant?** A: Unfortunately, not. I understand they have the same SKU code so it's basically not possible for Amazon to make it any difference and it's a random thing, which one you get. You can order it and then if you get the gray version, you can keep it as it's supposed to have more value due to its "rareness" but it's perfectly understandable if that's not what you're after. **Q: Is this figure as described, with color?** A: I also received the “platinum” (ie unpainted) version but unlike the other responder, I was happy about it. Because I always end up repainting my figures to make them look nicer.
