Review: Looks good, mechanically sound with proper install - This barn door hardware was pretty easy to put on the door that we had selected. Make sure that you keep the holes even so that it swings well once attached to the rail. With the rail, my biggest issue was that the anchor holes did not always line up with my studs. We had to install a 1”x6” board on the outside of the wall so that we could actually anchor the rail in proper locations along the area where we needed it. Be sure you know how high your door will have to hang before you hang the rail! I missed by 3/8” and had to decide to either cut the bottom of the door off or raise the whole rail. I cut the door. If you set the rail level then you’ll be fine. We’ve been using this system for about 4 months now with no issues. Very happy once we got the install right!!

This barn door hardware was pretty easy to put on the door that we had selected. Make sure that you keep the holes even so that it swings well once attached to the rail. The 6 ft barn door hardware kit looks very expensive, well worth the money. came on time and had full instructions on how to assemble the track and easy to follow so I was able to hang the track and barn door myself. The 6 ft track was a little cheaper than the 4 or even 5 ft track, but it worked out just as nice.
