It has helped the swelling but the wrap itself was losing its shape, the foam in the sides were very wrinkled and would leave indentations on the skin. The board also cracked and the Velcro stopped gripping so it was finally time to purchase a new one. I’m happy with this purchase the price was reasonable plus they offered a $20 off coupon from the official website so I purchased a second one for back up. It’s comfortable and doesn’t dig into the skin. These boards are great to help with lose skin and swelling.
