It took us more than 10 emails to support to get a proper reply. Out of Australia, we need to ship it for assessment first and with our data on it before we get a reply. Despite the manufacturer fault, we’re still required to pay shipment to and from the US, ridiculous really. Looks elsewhere. Review: High quality easy to use - Thus far this seems like a high quality product thats easy to use for most people. Im unsure on how long the memory will last but thus far it has worked just fine. ## Features - FIPS 140-2 Level 3 Validated (ASK3-NXC-64GB) - 256-BIT AES-XTS Hardware Encryption - USB 3.2 With Type C Connector - Separate Admin and User Modes - Software Free Authentication and operation ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B08D2RSZCZ | | Additional Features | Lightweight | | Best Sellers Rank | #16,957 in Computers & Accessories ( See Top 100 in Computers & Accessories ) #194 in Pen Drives | | Brand | Apricorn | | Brand Name | Apricorn | | Colour | Black | | Compatible Devices | Most modern devices with USB Type C ports | | Connectivity Technology | USB | | Customer Reviews | 4.6 out of 5 stars 193 Reviews | | Flash Memory Type | CompactFlash | | Hardware Connectivity Technology | USB Type A | | Hardware Interface | USB | | Item Type Name | usb-flash-drives | | Item Weight Unit of Measure | 0.8 Ounces | | Manufacturer | APRICORN MASS STORAGE | | Manufacturer Part Number | ASK3-NXC-64GB | | Memory Storage Capacity | 64 GB | | Model Name | Aegis Secure Key 3 NXC | | Model Number | ASK3-NXC-64GB | | Network Connectivity Technology | USB | | Number of Items | 1 | | Number of Packs | 1 | | Special Feature | Lightweight | | UPC | 708326915007 | | Unit Count | 1.0 Count | | Write Speed | 72 | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Apricorn - **Hardware Interface:** USB - **Memory Storage Capacity:** 64 GB - **Special Feature:** Lightweight - **Write Speed:** 72 ## Images ![Apricorn 64GB Aegis Secure Key 3 NXC 256-Bit Hardware-Encrypted USB 3.2 Type C Flash Drive, FIPS 140-3 Level 3 Validation Pending (ASK3-NXC-64GB) - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51oECHkBYoL.jpg) ![Apricorn 64GB Aegis Secure Key 3 NXC 256-Bit Hardware-Encrypted USB 3.2 Type C Flash Drive, FIPS 140-3 Level 3 Validation Pending (ASK3-NXC-64GB) - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51vHQa80YAL.jpg) ![Apricorn 64GB Aegis Secure Key 3 NXC 256-Bit Hardware-Encrypted USB 3.2 Type C Flash Drive, FIPS 140-3 Level 3 Validation Pending (ASK3-NXC-64GB) - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51LXurj-02L.jpg) ![Apricorn 64GB Aegis Secure Key 3 NXC 256-Bit Hardware-Encrypted USB 3.2 Type C Flash Drive, FIPS 140-3 Level 3 Validation Pending (ASK3-NXC-64GB) - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61VbYAT0aLL.jpg) ![Apricorn 64GB Aegis Secure Key 3 NXC 256-Bit Hardware-Encrypted USB 3.2 Type C Flash Drive, FIPS 140-3 Level 3 Validation Pending (ASK3-NXC-64GB) - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61OKbiTPNUL.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐ Came back to change my positive review - failed within 4 months *by K***A on 10 May 2022* Terrible really… suddenly after a few months of very light use, half the keyboard isn’t working and no way to access the data. Im unsure on how long the memory will last but thus far it has worked just fine. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very good product. A bit expensive compared to alternative manufacturers. *by B***E on 4 December 2023* Perfect, as all products of this manufacturer. Too expensive compared to alternatives. Sad that this device has only one user pin code. It would be great to have the possibility to limit the use on some specific hosts for simple users, but it is not proposed by any manufacturer. ## Frequently Bought Together - Apricorn 64GB Aegis Secure Key 3 NXC 256-Bit Hardware-Encrypted USB 3.2 Type C Flash Drive, FIPS 140-3 Level 3 Validated (ASK3-NXC-64GB),Black - Apricorn Aegis Secure Key 3 NX 4GB 256-Bit Encrypted FIPS 140-2 Level 3 Validated Secure USB 3.0 Flash Drive, ASK3-NX-4GB, black --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.ar/products/366360156-apricorn-64gb-aegis-secure-key-3-nxc-256-bit-hardware](https://www.desertcart.com.ar/products/366360156-apricorn-64gb-aegis-secure-key-3-nxc-256-bit-hardware) --- *Product available on Desertcart Argentina* *Store origin: AR* *Last updated: 2026-10-15*
