A: Including the tape roll, the tearing blade is the tallest part at slightly less than 2-1/2" (65mm).  Mine fits inside a 2-12" deep drawer.

**Q: will it fit a Scotch  C38 dispenser?**
A: Just happen to have it next to me at my desk, on the bottom it says it is a C-38 tape dispenser.

I LoVe this dispenser!! It’s weighted, and has a non-slip bottom. SO much easier & quicker to get the piece of tape you need (rather than holding the other kind of tape roll with one hand while U tear off a piece with the other).
