**Q: Has anyone successfully canned with the Zavor 7.4qt pressure cooker? Comments state you can use it to can, but there are other comments that say no.**
A: It would work for canning if it reliably sealed.  Ours  did not.  This is not your old fashioned heavy sealing lid and pot.  Rather it is a mechanized lid, I'd bet designed by someone who's never canned.  Beyond disappointing when you rely on it to can your garden produce.

**Q: How many quart jars will 12.7 size hold for canning?**
A: It will fit four 1- quart jars.

**Q: I just purchased this for canning and most of the recipes are stating use 10 psi but this only has 8 and 15.  which do i use?**
A: Use 15. Never use less than your altitude requires. From 1-1000 ft you use 10 psi. If it doesn’t have 10 then use 15. Do not lesson the time. Always cook the full time. Might need another pit if your stuff is overdone. But at least you won’t get sick. The promo said it was 10 in low and 15 on high.
