That's pretty good value for £10 (at time of review).With 300mg EPA and 200mg DHA per capsule isn't not stellar but the 2-a-day dose really bumps it up to decent levels.Easy to take and no aftertaste. I've been using them for over a week and feel they are keeping my joints, skin and hair as good as my usual supplement.
