Slip it on and set manual focus endpoints on the gimbal and it's done and ready to go. The 81-83 fits the RF 24-105L F4 like a glove. I like how much quicker and easier it is to find the focus ring by feel so I don't plan to take it off.For both the 35 1.8 IS Macro STM and 24 1.8 IS Macro STM the 72-74 fits snugly. The 75-77 will also fit those lenses but less snug. The focus ring is so smooth on all my Canon lenses it doesn't have to grip too tightly to move the ring so either one works but I like the tighter one for keeping on the lens full time. I plan to keep a 72-74 on both. I plan to get one for every lens that's reasonable to use with my gimbal.
