This is the best product on the market in my opinion. Use a shaker cup to shake it well with a full tablespoon of Cleanz. Try it every night before bed.

It works. I dont know how good or bad it is for your system, but it does produce results. I read some people taking it everyday, which I think would be too much. I have been taking it once a week as my digestion has been funky for a while and needs some help

There are a few simple pleasures in life, and one of them is having a great bowel movement. When I was first taking this stuff, I was expecting to run to the bathroom dozens of times per day. Au contraire! Instead, it was one bowel movement, but the best you could ever imagine (although it may be the stinkiest). This stuff sure helps clean those bad boys out. It was incredible! I felt great and even had more energy. I'll for sure be keeping this stuff fully stocked on my shelf and using it regularly. If you want a great BM, use this.

I like the idea of this and I bought it based upon a recommendation from a trusted fruend. I haven't had much success, but maybe I'm not drinking enough water.

Doesn't mix well with yogurt

I have used this remarkable product for years, and find it really does what it's supposed to. I use it 2-4 days a month, to really clean out. It calms my occasional Irritable Bowel Syndrome, and i always feel more energized and less bloated after my monthlies.
