They hold up to 200# and my 11 year old niece uses them just fine. **Q: Are these stilts short enough for younger kids? One stilt review stated that the child needed to be over 52 inches tall.** A: Yes, we recommend these stilts for kids 5 and up. The shortest setting is 12.5" off the ground for them to get started. **Q: What size would be best for an 8-year-old boy (4' 3" tall)- this one or the large size??? Thank you** A: Either would work for him, but would suggest the large ones so you can adjust the steps and handles as he gets older. **Q: Flybar maverick versus master? Has anyone tried both models? Debating which to get for 11 yr old** A: I bought flying maverick and it worked out well for a 9 yr old boy. Only issue was trying to find relatively smooth surfaces to use them on. Not familiar with Master ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Favorite Christmas Gift! *by L***. on February 11, 2026* These ended up being my daughter’s favorite Christmas gift.
