Review: Wow is this cool.. literally! - I had a submersion wort chiller and it would take about 30-45 mins to cool down from boiling to ~80 degrees. With this it is a matter of minutes. I just needed to control the flow of wort and 212 degrees to 70 degrees!

A: 1/2 inch

A: Yes it works by gravity. I would suggest testing it first, might need to be put into an ice bath to get it down to temp tho.
