After 6 minutes, the pills from C) generally broke open and were released into the water completely. The pills from B) broke open around this time too, but not completely. I can only speak to how they help me with digestion right now and I will update this review in regards to the scar tissue in a few months. As far as my digestive system, I havent always eaten as well as I should have nor have I eaten in the best portion sizes either. These enzymes DEFINITELY settle my stomach and help me to absorb the nutrients from my meals ( when I eat meals with nutrients LOL) aswell as the nutrients from my vitamins.
