But for hardly any more money you can buy a Casio, which you know will have a better display and keyboard and probably last for years.I bought this for fun to see if brands like this that you've probably not heard of can make calculators that are as good as the ones Casio, and perhaps Sharp or Canon make. The answer is 'not quite', though this isn't bad.It fails a little bit because the display is a bit small, casts big shadows (that make the numbers look less crisp) when the light's off angle, and needs sometimes more light than you'd expect, though it's usually okay.On the plus side, the keyboard's not bad at all, with proper hard keys, and it's quite cute and very small and light. It's also made from some recycled plastics. It has a three-year warranty but on a thing this cheap that's irrelevant.In the end though, the ones made by Casio especially are still better and the price difference is hardly an issue.
