Made of tissue paper so they’re definitely delicate, better to use for indoor than outside, but very vibrant in color! There’s 20 in total, 2 of each color! About 14in(36cm) wide and about 9.5in(24cm) long, so pretty big. They don’t come attached or have string on the side with it.
