Peter wore Dockers and went under. **Q: How well do they hold up? Can they handle water? Beach?** A: They can handle water. I don't like getting sandals wet but shortly after I got them I got caught in about three storms. They were soaking wet. After they dried they look and felt just like new. **Q: Has anyone had an good experience with going a 1/2 size down rather than up? I haven't had good luck for going up a size.** A: Every type of shoe or sandal are a little different as far as size, especially if you are only adjusting by 1/2 size.
