Im normally a large in nursing bras, but I needed to order a medium in these for them to be tight enough to hold the pump flanges in place. They come with the expanders for increasing the band size which is handy postpartum while your ribs are returning to their pre-pregnancy size and to accommodate having to size down. Since they are a pumping bra as well the curved lines for such will show through if wearing a tighter shirt. With nursing none of my shirts are tight at this point so it hasn’t been a problem, but I could see it being something that could potentially deter other buyers. They also are not padded for the same reason but they come with breast milk pads for leakage so it’s not an issue. Overall these are very comfortable and I do recommend them for ease while alternating between nursing and pumping. They’ve held up great with regular washings on normal cycle and hanging to dry. Also they are less expensive than the mom cozy brand bras that are the same style and I found them to be the exact same quality.
