The company said they can only refund the item if I return he item to them and they will charge me £19.99 for the delivery cost. The original box was destroyed as it was very flimsy cardboard box when it arrived. The original boxed was part open when it arrived. I will not touch or carry the chiminea as it is rusty and has sharp edges.
