I contacted the seller through desertcart and they responded with-in a few hours on a weekend. The seller stated to remove tension on the springs (which is very easy to do) and apply 3-in-1 oil to the vertical space behind each bracket. I used silicone spray because that's what I had on hand. It worked perfectly, no more squeak! It may be a maintenance thing I'll need to repeat in the future, but it's so easy...
