I have had Teflon-coated pans and they never seem to remain non-stick for very long despite being careful with them. I have tried other anodized pans and ceramic-coated pans but none compared to the quality and non-stick properties of these. These pants are sturdy, durable and very non-stick. The handles are not the most comfortable but they are strong. There are two fasteners inside the pan that connect the handle to it. The fasteners are not non-stick but overall the pans are terrific.
