It's wide enough not to roll and cut off your circulation, and has a lot of length so that if you're dealing with a knee you can wrap it twice if your leg isn't thick. The velcro works great. The ice packs seem very sturdy. I know other people have complained about them leaking but I wonder if that's because they use them for heat.
