Previously tried Starkist's product. It has no texture and looked like baby food. The Hereford Taco Filling, on the other hand, is crumbly and the seasoning was perfect. But, after breaking up with a fork, and heating up, it looks more like taco filling is supposed to look.While it it tastes pretty good, I was surprised that it was on the mild side. So, I fixed that by adding about a half a package of taco filling to it.But what I don't understand, Hereford cattle were bred in England, and do very well in the midwestern United States.
