I bought a few really cheap sponges that LOOKED like the Beauty Blender but were awful. This one had good reviews for the most part and I decided to give it a try. So far, it is the best dupe I have found. I got the purple one (My favorite color.) and it is a nice large teardrop shape. It is spongy and fairly soft and absorbs water well. I use it dry and damp and have good results. It isn't quite a effective at blending as the original but, for the price, it's really good. I am using this one now and not looking for another one at the time.
